It is with a very heavy heart, I inform all of the passing of
Lt Col. Mincey. Lt. Col Mincey passed Sunday 17 April 2005.
He was doing what he loved, Flying his Midget Mustang.I Will Miss Him!!!!! Walter A. Fipps Jr.

Sorry to hear about the passing of LtCol Mincey. I was his adjutant during the latter half of 1981 - mid 1983. Can you tell me how he died? Doug Taller

Colonel Mincey will be sorely missed. He was a great commander, most of all a great person. Godspeed Colonel.
